Ceramic fiber gasket production process:
Based on the traditional machine-made paper production process and paper-making machinery, we developed and built a mechanized continuous production line for wet inorganic ceramic fiber gaskets.
Using ceramic fiber specially used for papermaking with extremely low slag ball content as raw material, the ceramic fiber gasket with excellent texture is made through the processes of beating, removing slag, pulping, fourdrinier forming, vacuum dehydration, drying, shearing, and rolling.
