Main uses
1. Pipeline repair and reinforcement
Water pipe/sewage pipe repair: Wound around the outside of damaged or aged metal, concrete or plastic pipes, impregnated with resin and cured to form a "pipe-in-pipe" structure, restoring pressure-bearing capacity and preventing leakage, thereby extending service life. This is a very common application.
Chemical pipelines/storage tanks: Provide corrosion-resistant coatings and structural reinforcement.
2. Structural Repair and Reinforcement:
Concrete structures: Repair cracks, reinforce beams, columns, slabs, etc., to enhance load-bearing capacity and seismic resistance.
Wood structure/steel structure: used for local reinforcement or strengthening of connection nodes.
3. Manufacturing or repairing fiberglass reinforced plastic products:
Hull repair: Repair cracks, holes or carry out local reinforcement on the hull.
Automotive parts: Manufacturing or repairing body panels, spoilers, etc.
Water tanks and containers: Manufacturing or repairing water storage tanks, chemical containers, etc.
Mold making: It is used when making molds for other composite material components.

5. High-temperature Insulation and Protection

Usage method
1: The provided gloves must be worn.
2: Clean the surface of the pipe to be wrapped.
Soak the bandage in water for 5 seconds and squeeze it 2 to 3 times until it is completely saturated.
4: It may be necessary to apply bandages around the entire pipe, several times.
5: Molds and pressure bandages to enhance adhesion and strength.
The bandage will be completed within 3 to 5 minutes and ready for use within 20 minutes.
Storage method:
Avoid deliberately squeezing or pressing the bandage in the aluminum foil bag.
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
Avoid high temperatures and store it in a place below 30°C.
