In the casting of low-melting-point metals such as aluminium and zinc, aluminium titanate (Al₂TiO₅) riser tubes, with their super thermal shock resistance and near-zero coefficient of thermal expansion, have become an ideal choice for high-frequency and intermittent production.

1:Low coefficient of expansion
In low-pressure cast aluminum alloy wheels, the aluminum titanate riser tube can be directly inserted into the 700°C molten aluminum at room temperature without breaking, eliminating the need for a preheating step.
2: Resistance to thermal fatigue
aluminum titanate riser tube can withstand more than 10,000 thermal cycles and adapt to high-frequency production of 8 shifts per day
3: Resistance to aluminum erosion

usage precautions
1. Due to the relatively low flexural strength of aluminum titanate ceramics, when installing flanges before installation, patient adjustments should be made to avoid excessive tightening or eccentricity.
2. Also due to the low flexural strength, when cleaning the surface slag in daily life, pay attention to the operation force and avoid external impact.
3. Before installing the aluminum titanate riser tube, it should be kept dry. It must not be used on the machine when it is damp or wet.
