Reduce moisture and enhance taste
The concentrate pulp after flotation/gravity separation (with a moisture content typically reaching 60-80%) is dehydrated to 15-25%, significantly reducing the energy consumption for transporting ineffective moisture and smelting.
It directly affects the smelting efficiency: Excessive moisture content will lower the smelting furnace temperature and increase fuel consumption (for example, if the moisture content of each ton of copper concentrate is reduced by 1%, the smelting energy consumption will decrease by approximately 2.5%).
Meet transportation and storage requirements
Avoid dripping and leakage contamination of slurry concentrate during transportation and prevent freezing in winter (for example, the moisture content of iron concentrate transportation should be ≤10%).
Reduce the risk of leachate pollution in storage sites.
Realize the recycling of water resources
The filtrate (including residual chemicals) is recovered and returned to the concentrator for recycling, reducing the consumption of fresh water (the return water rate can reach 80-90%).
Environmental protection compliance
Reduce the water inflow into the tailings pond to lower the risk of dam failure. Filter cakes are easier to stack and reduce dust.

Internal waterway layout:At present, the casting molding adopts the waterway structure of the optimal vacuum filtration plates design - the flat waterway structure.The overall molding of machine pressing all adopts fishbone or palm structure layout In this layout.
Permeability: vacuum filtration plates are porous materials with a large number of voids inside. The larger the gap, the higher the permeability of the vacuum filtration plates.
Structural strength:vacuum filtration plates are made of alumina ceramic material, with a pressure resistance strength of over 2MPa and high mechanical strength.
Installation flatness: The gap between the ceramic plate and the scraper after installation. If the gap is too large, the amount of ore discharged will be less.
In the current process of production. our plates overall sintering and grinding treatment, and the thickness differences of the ceramic plates themselves are relatively small. Therefore, during the grinding process of the assembly ring, it can be ensured that the installation flatness of the ceramic plate reaches the optimal state.
