Based on extensive research into optimal water channel design, our engineering team developed an advanced water-casting manufacturing process within the well-established ceramic industry environment of Zibo, China. This process is considered one of the most advanced production technologies currently used for alumina ceramic membrane filter plates.

Production Capacity and Manufacturing Strength
Our factory currently operates 24 industrial kilns, producing approximately 60,000 ceramic filter plates annually, including around 6,000 pieces of size #12 plates each year.
To meet the rapidly increasing demand for filtration solutions in mining and water treatment, we are expanding our production capacity with 12 additional kilns. This expansion project is scheduled for completion in June 2026, significantly increasing our manufacturing capability and ensuring reliable supply for global customers.
