Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) heater tubes feature high-temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. The application of Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) heater tubes in aluminum casting mainly focuses on the indirect heating systems of high-end melting furnaces and holding furnaces. It achieves efficient and uniform heating of molten aluminum through radiant heat transfer, while avoiding the oxidation and hydrogen absorption problems caused by direct contact of combustion gases with molten aluminum.
